Open day is here once again! If you havent had a chance to come on down and have a look for yourself then this is your opportunity. The tours will begin at 10am with a talk from our very own head of institution Mr. Rae de Jager who will be answering questions relating to the college, audio training in general and employment opportunities within South Africa. The Cape Audio College open day is here once again. We are opening our doors on the 26th of May to anyone who wishes to join the crew and get a guided tour of our facilities, a chance to chat to our lecturers and a guest talk by Cape Audio graduate, Lindsay Johnson. Lindsay has been hard at work since he left the college over 8 years ago. Lindsay is a sound production manger for Primedia who are responsible for the production work behind KFM, Highveld radio, 702 Talk and Sterkinekor (official Sony Playstation Distributors in SA). Lindsay will be sharing valuable experience along with insight into how he succeeded in the audio production business. Its time for another Cape Audio College Open Day! 10th September 2011! To find out more about the exciting possibilities within the the sound industry come on down and pay us a visit at Unit 8b, The Waverley Business Park, Mowbray, Cape Town. We are opening our doors at 10am, and closing at 2pm. There will be guided tours of the facility, as well as an industry talk presented by Terrence Adendorff of Kfm/Primedia. So if you’re interested in finding out more about Cape Audio College, the programs offered, or just the exciting possibilities within the the audio industry in general, you better come and check it out. If you can’t handle the wait until September, just pop in for a full tour anytime between 9am and 5pm on weekdays.
