Fitted
with Pro-tools, and a large touch technology projector screen, our spacious,
air-conditioned lecture room doubles as a studio in
itself, and is therefore suitable for demonstrations of all
audio principles within our curriculum. This enables cutting
edge practical application during lectures to enable students to
associate the theory with the hands on. The projector makes for
an excellent cinema and a video library is available for
enthusiastic learners. A video camera is
used to project the intricate workings so that the entire room
can see the control surface while the instructor is explaining.
The lecture room also doubles as a seventeen station e-lab while
not being used for group learning.
Lectures take the form of
interactive "workshops" and Classes are conducted in English,
although special attention is given to ensuring an understanding
of the topic by all students.
